BOX
BOX is an all-levels boxing class that will improve your technique, skills and power output. Variations on the BOX class include: Kickbox, Box 101, and Spar 101.

Hybrid
A combination of weightlifting and cardiovascular work that helps improve your overall fitness and body composition. It is an "all body" workout that challenges the body on multiple levels but is suitable for all levels.

LIFT
