Depending on what you are looking for, we have a few different ways you can experience Pharos for the first time.

The Intro Session

The Intro Session will give you a good taste of what you can expect when training with the PAC. More than just a workout, this intro includes everything you need to set yourself up to start crushing your goals.

  • Develop an Action Plan + Schedule that fits your needs
  • Mobility screen to highlight strengths, limitations + imbalances
  • Workout catered to your interests, ability + goals
  • Optional Body Composition scan to assess body fat, muscle mass + basal metabolic rate (scan is best done on an empty stomach, but is still great
    baseline feedback even if you have eaten)

Want to try the intro with a friend? We have group intros at 1PM on Saturday! Receive a mobility screen and sample workout with up to 3 people.
