HOW IT WORKS​

1. PICK YOUR MAJOR.

From the Core 4 tracks, you’ll pick a primary focus and get set up with a Head Coach to map out your plan of action:

Transformation: nutrition + body composition

Mechanics: mobility + injury prevention 

Strength: gymnastics, pounds + definition 

Conditioning: improve cardio + train for a race 

2. MEET WEEKLY WITH COACHES.

After you fill out registration, we’ll get you set up with a custom plan for training, nutrition + habit building, then connect over the course of the challenge to make sure you are on track and progressing!

Option to add on discounted PT to accelerate results and get the most out of training with the PAC.

3. TRANSFORM WEEKLY WITH THE BEST TOOLS.

Consistent workouts, committing to macros, working hard even when it felt hard, improving mile pace. Plus, it felt so hard the first time and felt so much better on the reassessment.
