We offer a 9 week program (5 days/week) programmed by our Athletic Director Jess Kilts, specifically designed to prep you for a Powerlifting Meet.
Whether you are training for your first meet, an experienced lifter looking to try out a new program, or simply curious about the sport of Powerlifting, this program is right for you.

Pharos Echo Park hosts an Olympic Weightlifting Meet every April and a Powerlifting Meet every October.
